Are rentals included?
Yes, table and chair rentals for up to 150 are included with every event package. Scout Dining Tables and Linen Benches are premium rentals that can be upgraded.
Is there parking on site?
We have 6 designated spots for your event. All other cars must park on 17th or surrounding streets. All vendors can unload and then must move their cars to the street. If your event has over 40 cars, valet is mandatory.
Do I need day of insurance?
Yes, you will need to obtain coverage with limits of $2 million aggregate and $2 million per occurrence. A good resource for this is www.theeventhelper.com
Can we bring in other rentals?
Yes, you can bring in your own rentals during the time of your booking. All rentals must be picked up at the end of your event. Early drop off may be available upon request for a fee.
Is there a curfew?
Yes, our sound cut off is 9:45pm and guests must be out by 10pm. For weddings- strike is from 10pm-11pm. For all other events- vendors and guest must be out by 10pm. We are unable to extend the event time beyond specified end time.
